Abstract:The current study was undertaken to assess the phytochemical and antimicrobial properties of the methanolic extract of Tabebuia rosea. The Soxhlet extract of seeds, when subjected to preliminary phytochemical screening, showed the presence of Essential oils, Terpenoids, Steroids, Flavonoids, Tannins, Coumarins, Cardioglycosides, Phenols, and Flavons.
