Phytobezoar in Meckel's diverticulum: A rare cause of small bowel obstruction

Abstract: The conventional x rays studies were inconclusive whereas abdominal contrast enhanced CT led to a definitive diagnosis. Explorative laparotomy or laparoscopy is mandatory in these cases.
