Abstract:Trikatu is a blend of Ayurvedic herbs, including dried fruits of Piper nigrum (Maricha), Piper longum (Peepli), and dried rhizomes of Zingiber officinale (Sunthi). Trikatu balances the three doshas-vata, pitta, and kapha-calming Vata and Kapha while raising Pitta. Its spicy taste, hot potency, and digestive effects enhance the bioavailability of phytoconstituents and drugs.
