Abstract: Zusammenfassung: Dass attraktive Menschen im Berufsleben mehr Erfolg haben als unattraktive Menschen, ist in der sozialpsychologischen Literatur breit dokumentiert. Hingegen ist weitgehend unerforscht geblieben, ob attraktive Menschen zur Erzielung dieses Erfolgs auch eine höhere Leistung erbringen.
