Abstract

In the case of technical sciences the question about interrelation of science and engineering refers to at least two aspects: What kind of interrelation does exist between natural sciences and engineering and between technical sciences and engineering? This paper brings into focus how technical sciences transform physical principles for to apply them to practical engineering. However, technical sciences do not only transform physical principles, and engineering is not merely applied natural science. On the contrary technical sciences have their autonomous subjects and methods of investigation.
