“…First, a small grinder was used to smash the seeds, and the resulting powder was filtered through a 30-mesh sieve. Then, the Soxhlet extraction method was used to determine ASO content [ 12 ]. The conditions for Soxhlet extraction were: temperature 50 °C, solid to liquid ratio 1:60, and extraction time 4 h.
