Physicochemical properties and structure characterization of microcrystalline cellulose from pomelo fruitlets

Abstract: In this study, physicochemical and structural properties of microcrystaline cellulose (MCC) from pomelo fruitlets using different drying methods were analyzed and compared with commercial MCC.
