“…The acidity values of our oil samples (0.88–1.04%; Table ) were significantly lower to the results reported for the Malaysian and Congo‐Brazzaville M. oleifera oil varieties , with 2.48 and 2.10%, respectively, but they were in the same range of the results reported for Kenyan M. oleifera oil . The IV of the oil samples (65.3–65.5g/100 g of oil) were in close agreement with the values reported in the literature for Malaysian oil (65.4 g/100 g of oil) but lower to the values reported for the Congo‐Brazzaville, Malaysian, Indian, and Nigerian M. oleifera oils, ranging from 66.2 to 85.3 g/100 g of oil . Indeed, the low IV of M. oleifera oil seems to be related with the good stability of this oil, determined by a low unsaturation degree.…”
