Abstract:The processes occurring in the course of secondary crystallization of a multicomponent weld metal with an unrestricted alloying range are considered. A physicochemical analysis of these processes is performed. The results obtained are used to develop a phenomenological model of nonequilibrium secondary crystallization of a weld deposit. This model can be used to predict not only the chemical composition of the weld deposit matrix but also the quantitative and qualitative compositions of strengthening carbide p… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
