Physician Assistant Utilization in Inpatient Psychiatry: A Qualitative Study

Abstract: There is a national shortage of psychiatric care providers, with approximately 1% of physician assistants (PAs) working in psychiatry. The study aimed to understand the utilization of PAs in inpatient psychiatry.
