Abstract: The physical structure and drug-polymer interactions of theophylline in Eudragit L100, shellac, polyvinyl acetate phthalate (PVAP), cellulose acetate phthalate (CAP), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate phthalate (HPMCP), and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) were studied.
