Abstract:The paper analyzes the literature on physical rehabilitation in transplantology. The medical and social aspects of rehabilitation and peculiarities of physical rehabilitation in child organ recipients are reflected. A rise in the number of organ recipients, including children, is noted. The role of physical rehabilitation in increasing the body’s adaptive reserves at the pre- and postoperative stage and improving the quality of life is described.
