Abstract

Magnetic properties D 9000Physical Properties Study of Nd 2-x Gd x Fe 17 Intermetallic Alloys. -The title compounds (x = 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0) are characterized by powder XRD and magnetization measurements. All the samples crystallize in the Th2Zn17-type structure and exhibit a ferromagnetic to paramagnetic transition with increasing temperature.
