PHYMYCO-DB: A Curated Database for Analyses of Fungal Diversity and Evolution

Abstract: BackgroundIn environmental sequencing studies, fungi can be identified based on nucleic acid sequences, using either highly variable sequences as species barcodes or conserved sequences containing a high-quality phylogenetic signal.
