Abstract: Microalgae are used in aquaculture and various industrial fields such as pharmaceuticals, feed, food, agriculture, and energy. Microalgae is a potential natural food coloring agent as pigments and contain bioactive components such as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) in their composition.
