Phrenic nerve schwannoma presenting as an asymptomatic neck mass

Abstract: Phrenic nerve schwannomas of the head and neck are exceedingly rare pathologies that can present as an asymptomatic neck mass. Surgery is the definitive treatment, and a conservative surgical approach is preferred if a benign pathology is suspected.
