Abstract: All‐inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are expected to form semitransparent or top‐cell of tandem solar cells with Cu(In,Ga)Se2 or crystalline silicon solar cells owing to their outstanding environmental tolerance and wide bandgap.
