Photophysical characterization of the 9,10-disubstituted anthracene chromophore and its applications in triplet–triplet annihilation photon upconversion

Abstract: Eight 9,10-disubstituted anthracenes have been synthesized, photochemically characterized and used for triplet–triplet annihilation photon upconversion.
