“…Both medical history and cutaneous examination in our 12 patients indicated allergic photocontact dermatitis, rather than phototoxicity. Photocontact dermatitis from TA observed in the first 2 patients is infrequent (3,14,20,21). As TA is not available in topical form in European countries (2), the past history and the results of phototesting in the first 2 patients strongly suggest that KP is the sensitizer.…”
