Photopatch test reactions to tiaprofenic acid^*

In our series, chloromethoxy propyl mercuric acetate is a likely formaldehyde releaser (it also contains a mercuric ion) and 2-[(hydroxymethyl)amino ]ethanol is likely to yield both formaldehyde and ethanolamine in the presence of water and, in particular, under mildly acidic conditions. Photocontact dermatitis from ketoprofen and tiaprofenic acid: cross‐reactivity study in 12 consecutive patients
