Photonics‐based de‐chirp processor with the capability of processing dual‐band signals

Abstract: A photonics-based de-chirp processor with the capability of processing dual-band linearly frequency-modulated (LFM) waveforms is proposed and demonstrated. Two de-chirped signals will be output simultaneously and independently, while no special requirement of the input signals' chirp rates is needed. A proof-of-concept experiment is carried out.
