Photonic Differential Privacy with Direct Feedback Alignment

Abstract: Optical Processing Units (OPUs) -low-power photonic chips dedicated to large scale random projections -have been used in previous work to train deep neural networks using Direct Feedback Alignment (DFA), an effective alternative to backpropagation.
