Photonic-assisted microwave signal multiplication and modulation using a silicon Mach–Zehnder modulator

Abstract: Photonic generation of microwave signal is obviously attractive for many prominent advantages, such as large bandwidth, low loss, and immunity to electromagnetic interference.
