“…Below 500nm, the film had a intense absorption with visible light, the transmittance drops to near zero. All films had a apparent absorption edge in 500-600nm, there was a significant decline curve near the absorption edges which showed that the quality of the film was better[9]. In the long wavelength transmittance significantly oscillate with wavelength, this was due to the sputtering proceeds CdS films had a good flatness, interference effects caused by the incident light.…”
