Photoelectrical Properties and Energetical Structure of Thin Films of Indandione Derivatives

Abstract: A sandwich type structure of two dimetilaminobenziliden-1,3-indandione (DMABI) derivatives placed between metal electrodes was made to investigate the photoelectrical properties of these derivatives.
