The deluge continues-not that there is a malevolent character to it-but the flood of papers in EPR has become so great (almost 1000) within this period of August 1963 to July 1965, that the editors have seen fit to abspalt EPR from the general topic of magnetic resonance. There arises immediately the problem of deciding a division of topics; consequently, the reader will find the following arrangement: instrumental and experimental techniques, theoretical treatments, studies on inorganic compounds (primarily metal ions and metal organics), and organic compounds. A reminder here that these categories tend to overlap.
