Photochemical Activation of Polyvinyl Chloride for Immobilization of Invertase

Abstract: Herein, we describe a method for immobilization of biomolecules onto polyvinyl chloride activated by 1-fluoro-2-nitro-4azidobenzene (FNAB) for a photochemical reaction. Immobilizing biomolecules onto the polyvinyl chloride surface were either very tedious to carry out or they require some specialized conditions and techniques for immobilization.
