Photocharge Transport and Recombination Measurements in Amorphous Silicon Films and Solar Cells by Photoconductive Frequency Mixing: Final Subcontract Report, 20 April 1998-30 June 2002
Abstract:Photomixing experiments were initiated on study of the impact of the changed contact geometry on the results of our photomixing measurements. Photomixing experiments were also initiated on p-in devices, and on comparison of intrinsic film properties and related device performance. Time resolved photo-and thermoelectric effects (TTE) were used to simultaneously determine the thermal diffusivity, carrier lifetime, carrier mobility, and trap level density in crystalline and amorphous Si (a-Si:H) and Si/Ge (a-Si/G… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
