Photocatalytic and Photoluminescence Properties of Core–Shell SiO2@TiO2:Eu3+,Sm3+ and Its Etching Products

Abstract: A novel multifunctional core–shell, yolk–shell SiO2@TiO2:Eu3+/Sm3+ and hollow TiO2:Eu3+/Sm3+ structures were successfully synthesized.
