Abstract:Zinc Selenide nanorods with varying concentration have been synthesized through the chemical bath deposition method. Concentration-dependent structural and electronic properties of synthesized ZnSe nanorods have been studied in this work. XRD and HRTEM studies indicate the formation of cubic polycrystalline ZnSe nanostructures.
