Photo‐induced Multiphasic Reactions in Flow Process: A Decade of Progress

Abstract

This review explores photo‐induced multiphasic reactions in flow processes developed in the last decade, with a focus on sustainable and green synthetic methodologies in pharmaceuticals and fine chemistry. It highlights the use of light‐mediated photochemistry and multiphasic reactions for eco‐friendly synthesis. The integration of these processes in flow systems demonstrates potential for enhanced synergistic effects, and the review discusses examples of two‐phase and three‐phase reactions utilizing light as an energy source.
