Photo‐induced Cobalt‐catalyzed Aerobic N−N Coupling of Diarylamines at Room Temperature

Abstract: We report herein a photo induced Co-catalyzed aerobic NÀ N coupling of diarylamines to form the corresponding tetraarylhydrazines. In this protocol, the NÀ N coupling reactions could be realized under mild conditions in the presence of Co(OAc) 2 • 4H 2 O and BPhen with the irradiation of light (390-395 nm).
