phosphororganische Antioxidantien. XII. Synthesen und NMR-Spektren phosphororganischer Antioxidantien und verwandter Verbindungen

Abstract: Organophosphorus Antioxidants. XII. Synthesis and N.M.R. Spectroscopy of Organophosphorus Antioxidants and Related Compounds The syntheses of various aliphatic, aromatic, sterically hindered, and cyclic organophosphorus compounds (phosphorous acid esters, ester chlorides and ester amides, hydrogen phosphites, phosphonates and phosphates) are reported, and general procedures for preparation are given. The compounds synthesized were investigated by means of 31P‐, 1H‐ and 13C‐n.m.r. spectroscopy, and the chemical… Show more

“…The colorless oils were characterized by 1 H, 13 C, and 31 P NMR as described in the experimental section. The 13 C spectra showed, in accord with much literature data [25], phosphorus coupled POCH 2 CH 2 signals, with 2 J CP > 3 J CP (11.0-10.9 Hz and 5.0-4.9 Hz). The 1 H NMR spectrum of 26b agreed with that previously reported [24].…”

“…In the chain reaction, the alkyl radical R . and P(SPh) 3 participate in a S H 2-type reaction to give the intermediate alkylphosphonodithioite. The presence of a labile sulfur ligand capable of acting as a chain propagator is crucial to the success of the reaction.…”

“…However, some phosphites are irritating and also very toxic to aquatic organisms. Furthermore, P(SPh) 3 often contains toxic thiophenol as impurity. Therefore, P(SPh) 3 should be handled in a fume hood with suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection.…”

“…However, as indicated in Table 5, some of the products were found to be highly sensitive towards oxidation and/or hydrolysis. [27] In such cases, the ligands were directly converted to the corresponding Pd-complexes (vide infra).…”
