Phorbol ester-induced lymphocyte adherence: selective action on NK cells.

Abstract: Treatment of human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) with phorbol dibutyrate (PDBU) for 20 to 45 min at 37 degrees C induces adherence of 5 to 30% of the cells to plastic.
