PHOENIX: Device-Centric Cellular Network Protocol Monitoring using Runtime Verification

Abstract: End-user-devices in the current cellular ecosystem are prone to many different vulnerabilities across different generations and protocol layers. Fixing these vulnerabilities retrospectively can be expensive, challenging, or just infeasible.
