Phenytoin-Induced Severe Thrombocytopenia: A Case Report

Abstract: Phenytoin is a commonly prescribed antiepileptic medication for the prevention and treatment of tonic-clonic or partial seizures. Thrombocytopenia is a rare and serious adverse effect of phenytoin.
