Phenytoin Induced Erythema Multiforme

Abstract: Phenytoin is conventional antiepileptic drug is effective in the treatment of generalized tonic-clonic seizures but its adverse effects makes its usage limited. We herein present the case of Phenytoin induced Erythema Multiforme.
