Phenomenological Modeling of Deformation of Porous and Cellular Materials Taking Into Account the Increase in Stiffness Because of the Collapse of Pores
Abstract:Abstract. Mathematical model for the description of deformation of a porous material with a random distribution of pores is constructed on the basis of generalized rheological method taking into account the different resistance of a material to tension and compression. Phenomenological parameters of the model are determined by means of the approximate computations for the problem of static loading of a cubic periodicity cell with spherical cavities. Within the framework of this theory the fields of displacemen… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
