Abstract:In vitro antioxidant activity and possible in vivo antioxidative effects of provitamin A cassava hydrolysate inoculated with free or encapsulated Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG), a ready‐to‐drink probiotic beverage containing natural β‐carotene and other phytochemicals, were evaluated.
