Phenolic Content and Antioxidant Capacity of Synthetic Hexaploid Wheats

Abstract: In this study, 21 synthetic hexaploid wheat samples were analyzed and compared for phenolic content (the Folin–Ciocalteu method), phenolic compositions, and antioxidant activity (DPPH, ABTS, and CUPRAC).
