Abstract:Objective: The objective of this study is to characterize the aerial parts of S. orientalis using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, evaluate the phenolic content and antioxidant activity of seeds, stems, and flowers, and conduct quantitative analysis of phenolic compounds using LC-MS/MS.
