Phase Transition Dielectric Anomaly of PLZT Ceramic in the Temperature Range of 30–350°C

Abstract: The Pb 1Àx La x (Zr 1Ày Ti y ) 1Àx=4 O 3 , PLZT-x/100 À y/y, perovskite ceramic and thin film possessing a wide range of ferroelectric properties have promising potential for applications.
