Abstract:Spiro‐OMeTAD is a commonly used organic hole‐transport material (HTM) in MAPbI3‐based perovskite solar cells (PSCs) for achieving high efficiency. However, its hydrophilic nature compromises device stability and performance reproducibility, especially under ambient conditions.
