Phase proper orthogonal decomposition of non-stationary turbulent flow

Abstract: A phase proper orthogonal decomposition (Phase POD) method is demonstrated, utilizing phase averaging for the decomposition of spatio-temporal behaviour of statistically non-stationary turbulent flows in an optimized manner.
