“…For applications in low‐frequency receivers, ceramics with x = 0.05 ( d 33 = 621 pC/N, K p = 0.57, ε 33 T /ε 0 = 8370, Q m = 48) have an optimum combination of parameters. According to the values of functional parameters, these ceramics are superior to or comparable with other solid solutions on the basis of multicomponent systems, including lead‐containing relaxor ferroelectrics . Ceramics with x = 0.125, due to the high values of Q m (more than 1000) as well as the integral indicator of the specific power converter ( K p 2 Q m ε 33 T /ε 0 ), can be used to create high‐power piezoelectric transducers.…”

“…The ceramics of ternary‐ and four‐component systems, Pb(Mg 1/3 Ta 2/3 )O 3 –PT–PbZrO 3 (PZ), Pb(In 1/2 Nb 1/2 )O 3 (PIN)–PMN–PT, PZN–Pb(Ni 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 (PNN)–PT, PbSnO 3 –PMN–PT, PbHfO 3 –PMN–PT, PIN–PZN–PT, Pb(Yb 1/2 Nb 1/2 )O 3 –PbHfO 3 –PT, PMN–PZN–PT, PMN–PZT (PZ–PT)–PbGeO 3, PZN–PMN–PNN–PT, and some others, are studied. They meet the requirements of developers of piezoelectric production with regard to the functional parameters.…”

“…According to the results obtained in Ref. [13], the extreme values of the dielectric permittivity were achieved during the transition from one phase to another and corresponded to the maximum content of the PSC phase. It is also worth noting that the correlation of the dielectric constant with the position and width of the absorption band was disproportionate, which may be due to the dispersion of the dielectric constant in the microwave range or other factors.…”

“…This is due to a decrease in the permittivity of samples with a high concentration of PT (studies of the composition dependence of the permittivity are described in Ref. [13]). Let us consider this in detail: For example, we observed reflection dip on certain frequencies in certain compositions.…”
