Abstract:Mistletoe lectins (ML) have cytotoxic and immunomodulating properties, and subcutaneously applied mistletoe products (MP) containing ML have approval for supportive cancer treatment. MP are also given off-label intravenously, but data about pharmacokinetics are widely lacking.
