Pharmacological Effects and Determination of the Morphological Distribution of Powder Aerosols Containing Fenoterol Hydrobromide and Ipratropium Bromide
Abstract:The bronchospasmolytic effects of fenoterol hydrobromide and ipratropium bromide, with some cardiovascular side effects by fenoterol, and the topographic morphological distribution of the powder aerosol particles in the respiratory tract were clearly demonstrated with the aid of ethidium-induced fluorescence in anaesthetised dogs.
