Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of glycopyrrolate following a continuous‐rate infusion in the horse

Abstract: Glycopyrrolate (GLY) is an antimuscarinic agent that is used in humans and domestic animals primarily to reduce respiratory tract secretions during anesthesia and to reverse intra-operative bradycardia.
