Pharmacokinetics, absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of the MEK inhibitor zapnometinib in rats

Abstract: Zapnometinib is a MEK inhibitor currently under clinical development for the treatment of COVID-19 and influenza. Zapnometinib has both antiviral and immunomodulatory effects.
