Abstract:Schizophrenia (SCZ) response to pharmacological treatment is highly variable. Quetiapine (QTP) administered as QTP lipid core nanocapsules (QLNC) has been shown to modulate drug delivery to the brain of SCZ phenotyped rats (SPR).
