Pharmacokinetic assessment of vancomycin in critically ill patients and nephrotoxicity prediction using individualized pharmacokinetic parameters

Abstract: Introduction: Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and pharmacokinetic assessments of vancomycin would be essential to avoid vancomycin-associated nephrotoxicity and obtain optimal therapeutic and clinical responses.
